How clear are your expectations?

Most leaders believe they've communicated what they need from their teams. But here's the hard truth - thinking you've shared your expectations and actually being clear are two very different things.

This is one of the core lessons from Slingshot25: the gap between what a leader *thinks* they've communicated and what an employee *actually* understands is one of the most overlooked performance killers in any organization.

When expectations are vague or assumed:
