This spring, I had the privilege of talking with a room full over women about feedback. We dove into how to deliver feedback with good intention and making feedback a conversation that allows for learning and growth. We also talked about how anyone can be a leader in feedback with some practical steps to apply on the job (or in life in general!).

I appreciate the feedback they shared with me after the session. Here's to practicing what I share with others! 🙋‍♀️

Happy thoughts for a happy Friday! It's the end of the week and almost the end of a month! As we round out this timeframe, let's talk about good things that we've experienced.

I'll go first.🙋‍♀️ This week and month, I've gotten to partner with talented and caring individuals in a variety of ways - trainings, volunteer work, and projects. It's been energizing to see ah-ha's and new chapters because of that work.

Today we remember those who paid the greatest sacrifice as they served and protected. My gratitude extends beyond Memorial Day and includes those who choose to serve now.

Hi, all! Even though I haven't posted in over a month 🫤, I am still here! And better than here, it's been a time of supporting others in their leadership and growth journeys.
