We will arrange meet and greets between families and sitters as well as providing a match-up program where we will look at the babysitter’s wants, needs and strengths and match them with the family’s needs and expectations. We will also provide the families the chance to rate sitters and to bring up issues with the program so we can remedy them or remove the problem sitter from the program.
