They’re the ones who work extra when needed, always help, and are going the extra mile. That’s our crew! 👏🏻 Can we get a round of applause and moment for our entire crew? It’s been an extremely busy season for our crew at both warehouses and these folks just don’t know the definition of “quit”. They keep going and are great teammates. THANK YOU for all you guys do - it doesn’t go unnoticed!

🚨 GUESS WHAT DAY IT IS!!! 🚨

Did you know that 29 years ago (we know, impossible, he hasn’t aged a bit) Tim purchased Ottsen Oil from Bob Carstensen? We’re so excited to be starting year 3️⃣0️⃣ with Tim as our fearless leader. Ottsen has been a staple in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the lubricant industry since 1933.

The Carstensen family started their legacy at Ottsen in 1974, and Bob made it clear with his hard work and dedication to the business that you could have fun and build a really cool business in this community. It was always important to him that Tim saw EVERY angle of this business, so Tim has worked pretty much every role in the building before Bob would consider letting him take over and of the operations.

Bob’s legacy lives on in Tim and we are all so lucky to get to see it every day with the passion he has for the industry and even more passion he has for his team. To Tim (and Suzi and Courtney), this really is a family.

Thank you, Carstensens! You make this so much more than “just a job” or “just a business”!

📢 BIG shoutout, to our guy SPARKY 📢

The man always comes in clutch, but this time even more than usual! He’s always been the equipment master, but this time, he really outdid himself. So, help us give him a round of applause 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

He installed a portable pump system in our truck for oil and DEF, so we now have the ability to get access to tanks with a long hose. Long story short, this makes it easier for our customers to get bulk deliveries.

Mark works very hard all the time, but especially on this! We appreciate you all the time, Sparky! GSD! 🧨

Leave him some love in the comments and tell him how awesome he did! 😎

Tim and Bill are out in Chicago having a blast at the Chevron President’s Cup. It’s such an honor to qualify and get to attend. Luckily it looks like the weather there is a little sunnier than over here! ☀️ enjoy boys and golf well! ⛳️
