We had a special guest today for her 1st ever business showcase!! Peighton is Lindy Southwell’s 11yo daughter. Peighton is a competitive softball catcher and broke her arm on the first day of winter camp. Peighton was born deaf and wears cochlears. She has learned to overcome adversity…. So instead of sulking, she started researching things she could do with 1 arm, while in a cast. Once she realized she could make bracelets, she turned her new hobby into a business venture!
Peighton told us all about herself and her business today. This was her first time public speaking and Y’ALL, she made most of the professionals in the room look like amateurs!!! We could all learn a lot from Peighton and we know she will be successful no matter where life takes her. Watch out for this girl!!
