My emerging babies are doing big things this summer. 💜

One of my clients, Alex, and his friend Andrew have turned an idea into a real business.

They are offering summer math tutoring for students in 1st–12th grade, including Basic Math, Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus, along with individualized tutoring and math readiness support throughout June and July.

As a coach, one of the greatest gifts is getting to watch young adults grow in confidence, take initiative, and pursue goals they once only talked about. Alex has worked incredibly hard, and I'm so proud to see him taking this step.

As June 1st approaches, I’m feeling incredibly excited about what’s ahead for Emerging Adulthood Consulting.

Over the past few weeks, Radha has been working behind the scenes helping us build something bigger than coaching alone. Soon, we’ll officially begin offering therapy services alongside our coaching supports, creating more options for neurodivergent teens, young adults, and families.

One of the things I love most about Radha is her ability to combine warmth, clinical insight, and genuine care. Whether clients are navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, or family relationships, she meets them exactly where they are.

As EAC continues to grow, so does our ability to support families through different stages of their journey.

We are so excited for this next chapter and grateful to have Radha helping us expand this work in our community. 💜

4 years ago, Emerging Adulthood Consulting officially became a dream turned reality. 🦋

What started as one person with a passion for supporting teens, young adults, and families has now grown into coaching, therapy supports, workshops, resources, books, and an incredible team that continues to expand.

To every client, family, referral partner, supporter, and cheerleader along the way… thank you. Your trust in EAC means more than you know.

Watching this business grow over the last 4 years has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

Session 3 of The Launch Lab was full of personality, practice, and a whole lot of real-life social skills in action.

This week, we focused on those awkward moments in conversation — interruptions, distractions, staying respectful, and learning how to come back to the conversation when your brain wants to run in 12 different directions. And honestly? These boys showed up.

We practiced:
• asking better questions
• listening before responding
• adding to the conversation
• staying engaged even when it feels awkward

This is what The Launch Lab is all about — giving students a safe, supportive place to practice the skills they’ll use at school, with friends, in activities, and eventually in adulthood.

I’m so proud of this group and grateful to be building this in our community.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching a client begin to believe in themselves and truly step into their shine.

Meet Jeremiah — he came to me navigating a late diagnosis and simply looking for a job. Over the past 9 months, we’ve worked together to build confidence, direction, and a sense of what’s possible for his life.
