Just finished up this week long project for Advance Pools. This was more like framing a house than a pool because of the height of the forms, with the majority of the forms 8ft or more out of the ground. We installed over 33,000lbs of concrete sacks to create the pool floor and installed 26 helical piers, both veritically and as tie backs to anchor this monster to the hillside!

Just wrapped up this 4 day project for Pool Environments, Inc. This pool has it all! Piers for structural support, gravel bed for all the plumbing, auto cover, flush spa, attached sunken living area, raised wall with a water feature AND an acrylic window! We took the time to build batter boards and set up all the Shotcrete lines for the subs behind us. Making this complex project as simple as possible. She’s gonna be beautiful when she’s finished! ✅

One hell of a big project we wrapped up for a local home builder. Negative edge pool with a 12ft drop down to the catch basin, all structurally engineer on helical piers! This things a monster!
