My Weekly/Daily Content Matrix

I like to have a weekly coordinated content plan.

For the week:

– 3 long form articles (1000 - 1500 words each)

– Post all 3 on Substack

– Record all 3 as Youtube videos.

– Condense each to a linkedin post for 9 anchor posts during the week.

– Take 3 ideas out of each long form article for mini-ideas for supporting linkedin posts during the week.

– This content is duped as short form for IG and YT

Daily this looks like:

– Write a 1000 - 1500 word article.

– Post main article to substack.

– Extract a main linkedin anchor post.

– Extract 3 linkedin supporting posts.

– Record each supporting post as a short from video and post to IG and YT

– Support all social content with comments and interaction

The Weekly Production Result:

– 3 Substack Long Form

– 3 Youtube Long Form

– 3 Linkedin Anchor Posts

– 9 Linkedin Supporting Posts

– 12 IG videos

– 12 YT short form

And of course, at any time supplement with quick idea carousels or short posts

– Copy everything to X

– Copy everything to facebook

– All links come back to linkedin

– Finally, support best linkedin posts with house list mailings
