Big news today from the Haselden Enterprise! 🏗️

We are excited to announce the official launch of Haselden Commercial Roofing as a standalone subsidiary.

After four successful years as a specialized division within HRS Restoration Services, HCR has evolved into a standalone company which will focus 100% of its resources on full-lifecycle commercial roofing. This seasoned team is comprised of the same industry experts our clients have trusted for years.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our Haselden mothers!

Mothers come in all shapes and forms from the moms who raised us, to the mentors who guide us, and the women whose strength, support, and care leave a lasting impact on our lives every day.

Thank you for everything you do and for the countless ways you help shape our families, communities, and teams. Today, we celebrate you!

This week, our Lean In group met at the new Denver Summit FC Common Spirit Performance center for a tour led by Haselden's senior project engineer Kayla Grabiec. As the team’s first dedicated facility, it inspired meaningful conversations about women leading change across industries and professions.

Our first Haselden Happy Hour of the year was a huge success! Each quarter, we host a happy hour for our team in one of our office locations to provide a chance to connect outside the office and build relationships across departments. It’s always a great to catch up and meet new team members!

Thank you to our Lean In Group and Culture of Care Committee for hosting an insightful panel on Mentorship in the Workplace! Leaders from across Haselden came together to answer questions and share how their own careers have been impacted by mentors through the years.

A huge thank you to our panelists Sylvia Sevier, Reseena Cowan, Brent Haselden, and Todd Dill for sharing their experience!

The eggs were gone in a flash at the annual Haselden Easter Egg Hunt!

Our teams and their families got together this weekend to celebrate the spring, hunt for eggs, and of course meet the Easter Bunny. Thank you to our Sense of Belonging Committee for hosting a great event to build connections beyond work!

Today we’re spotlighting Spencer Roskelley, our Restoration Project Director, whose steady leadership turns emergencies into clear, coordinated action. Spencer excels at aligning homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and trade partners—so decisions happen fast and with zero guesswork. He’s hands-on with scopes, schedules, and documentation, and he’s the first to raise a safety flag or a smarter sequencing plan when it protects people and timelines. Under Spencer’s direction, teams move with purpose: rapid mobilization, clean communication, and no-surprise closeouts.

We are proud to have him on our team!
