FLEXIBLE PT & FT POSITIONS AVAIL
We are a licensed, established, and growing property restoration company with 3 locations servicing Colorado’s Front Range.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking to hire several dependable PT & FT people to join our contents cleaning and restoration crews working in our Longmont, CO facility.
MINIMAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
-Some travel may be required in and around Denver Metro / Longmont areas
-Contents salvage and restoration requires careful attention to safety and detail including thorough and meticulous handling and cleaning of customers’ personal property
-Several permanent FT positions available with benefits, pending 60 day performance review
-PT & FT weeknight and weekend shift schedules may be available
-Valid DL and dependable work transportation required
-Background check required
-Bi-lingual Spanish / English is a plus
-$15-$20 /hour based on experience
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS include but not limited to:
Detail & safety oriented
Ability to frequently lift a minimum of 30lbs
Repetitive lifting and bending
Walking and standing for long periods of time
Regular cleaning of household items, commercial equipment, storage facility walls, counters and floors.
Ability to routinely practice OSHA safety regulations for PPE, handling and exposure of restoration industry standard chemicals, disinfectants, cleaning agents and solvents
Positive attitude and team mentality
Ability to adapt to fast paced work environment
