As the Director of Client Success, Hope will maximize value delivery to ATS clients by further enhancing our advocacy and orchestration capacity through client support, project management, and professional services delivery.

Hope has spent her entire career in the IT project management field and comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. “What impressed Rick and me the most is Hope’s strong background in project management across a broad spectrum of technologies and her understanding of the customer journey, and her ability to augment the team with ideas and initiatives that will enrich our culture,” said Hilary.

Hope shared, “I am looking forward to collaboratively working with the team to further build our customer relationships by providing exceptional customer experiences from the first breath of an order to the closing and handoff of operations to the customer.”

Get to Know ATS Support Manager, Arron Hall.

We recently celebrated Arron's one-year work anniversary at ADVODA Technology Solutions. Arron's first week coincided with Colorado's 2020 Safer-at-Home order.

This past year, he's successfully built rapport with team members, customers, and vendors, expanded his knowledge of our 150 plus vendor's products and solutions, and helped impact our daily processes and procedures.

In addition to delivering value to customers and the ATS team, he manages our ADOVDA Educates program, which allows our team to stay up-to-date on all of the products and solutions our providers offer.

Arron is genuine, humble, and committed. We are so grateful to have him as a member of our ATS team. Congratulations on your recent work anniversary, Arron!

Get to know Tami Rikhoff!

Tami joined the team in August of 2015.

Fun fact, before she started working at ATS, Tami was a customer. When she found herself moving to the Metro Area from the mountains, she interviewed to join our team, and the rest is shall we say .

"Working with my customers and partners, I enjoy learning about their business and ways I can help make things run smoother for them."

What is your favorite part of your job?

"Helping people, whether it's saving money or finding the right solution, I'm happiest when I'm able to make someone's day better."

What is something most people don't know about you?

"I've been refinishing furniture for nearly 4 years now. I love antiques, I love to take something with some wear & tear and transform it into something beautiful." (Check out the before and after photo of one of her recent refurbished pieces.)
