Help us welcome our newest addition to the TrinWare team, Dillon Rau!

Dillon joins us as a Computer Production Specialist in the tech shop. Aa a Littleton native, Dillon brings a strong foundation in customer service, retail sales, and a passion for custom gaming computers.

Having built custom gaming PCs from the ground up, Dillon steps into our tech shop ready to deliver top-tier, precision-assembled systems, ensuring every build that leaves our floor is executed to perfection.

Along with his hardware knowledge, Dillon holds hands-on experience in digital audio production and AV systems configuration. When he isn't on the production bench, you can find Dillon rewatching Christopher Nolan classics, powered by an impressive daily dose of caffeine.

We’re excited to have his energy, and technical drive on the floor. Join us in giving Dillon a warm welcome to the TrinWare family!

TrinWare is looking for a disciplined, independent Level 2 IT Technician to support our clients across the Colorado I-25 corridor.

Location: Centennial, CO (100% Onsite + Local Field Travel)
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do
Act as the face of TrinWare, split between our Centennial office and visiting up to 3 client sites per day (Tuesday–Thursday).
Resolve L2 end-user, network, and infrastructure issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and business-grade firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco).

Who You Are
- 3+ years in IT support (MSP environment highly preferred).
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and endpoint security (EDR/XDR).
- A professional who can troubleshoot independently without relying on trial-and-error or step-by-step direction.
- Clean-cut, punctual, and an excellent communicator who speaks English, not just code.
