What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment including semis, trailers, wheel loaders, dozers, skidders, and more.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues, even when faced with unfamiliar challenges
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to quality work.
• Welding/fabrication.

In search of an individual to attend the National Hardwood Lumber Association to become a certified lumber grader. School & housing will be paid for. The program is 8 weeks and we will require a contract signed for a agreed upon time of employment following graduation.
Must have a high school diploma or GED. All applicants are strongly encouraged to sharpen mathematical skills prior to starting class, as proficiency in these skills will be necessary for daily class activities.

Work will consist of stacking lumber, cants, ties, building construction mats. Starting pay is $12/hr with a raise to $13/hr the second full week working. Normal work week of 48 hours with time and a half over 40 hours.
