2026 Shop Update and Prices
It has been a productive summer in the shop. I will be wrapping up the last of the bowkills (brought before gun season) in the very near future and have already started mounting 1st season gun deer. I'll keep chipping away at shoulder mounts until I get too busy skinning. So, like last year, the majority of bucks from last season will be done in less than one year turnaround. Although later season deer will be a little more than one year.
Current Prices for the 2026 season (50% deposit required)
-Whitetail/Mule Deer......$1000
-Pronghorn.......$1100
Wall pedestals, floor pedestals, and other special requests are subject to additional charges and prices will be quoted accordingly.
-Whitetail European
-Clean Only.....$80
-Clean and Whiten w/hanger......$180
-Clean and Whiten with flat Walnut Panel......$220
(Other skull species priced per request)
I'M STILL NOT ACCEPTING ANY BIRDS OR OTHER ANIMALS AT THIS TIME
I will be accepting a LIMITED NUMBER of NEW clients for shoulder mounts. But I will accept European/skull mounts from anyone. Last season, my new customer quota was filled on the first day of gun season. So If you have been trying to get one of those spots in the past few years.....don't wait long to call after you get your deer. I know several of you have them in the freezer from last year waiting on October 1st to get here so I expect a little flurry of new customers to be calling as soon as season starts.
Once again, I will only accept animals to mount that I can skin off the skull myself. So if you are going on an out of state hunt, check with me in advance to make plans on how to deal with your trophy for the trip back.
The walk-in cooler will be available for use as space is available. It's free to use for anyone that is having the animal mounted here. Or $10 a day if you just need a cold place to store it until you can get it taken care of.
As usual, hours are by appointment only. Please call ahead to make arrangements to stop by at 618-249-8050. I'm sure I am forgetting something, so don't hesitate to message here or call with questions.
Best of luck to everyone and BE SAFE OUT THERE!!!!
