Dinner tonight was tacos made with the same taco seasoning you'll find at the farmstand... and it was a hit! 🌮🙌

I wanted to create a seasoning that tastes homemade because it is. Just simple spices blended together—no fillers, no thickeners, no mystery ingredients. Just real flavor.

It has a well-balanced taco flavor with a little zing of spice, but nothing overwhelming... and most importantly, it earned the toughest review of all: **kid approved!** 👌🏽

If you've been looking for an easy way to make taco night a little better, grab some next time you stop by the stand. Add it to ground beef, turkey, chicken, or even roasted veggies.

🍓🌾 Back in the Kitchen 🌾🍓

The jam pot is simmering, sourdough starters are being fed, and preparations for Saturday are already underway here at Gathered Goods.

One of my favorite things about this little farmstand is that every week looks a little different. Some items return because they're customer favorites, while others make a special appearance for a week or two.

This week I'm restocking our popular strawberry jam and introducing a new flavor that's been requested by several customers... 🫐🫙

Any guesses?

Stay tuned this week for more sneak peeks as we get closer to Saturday. Fresh sourdough, homemade jams, local honey, and handmade goods will all be making their way back to the stand.

🌾🤎 Another Wonderful Farmstand Weekend 🤎🌾

As we wrap up another Saturday at Gathered Goods, I just wanted to say thank you.

Whether you stopped by to grab a loaf of sourdough, picked up a jar of jam, shared a post, told a friend about the farmstand, or simply followed along on this journey—thank you for supporting this little dream.

One of my favorite things has been watching people discover the farmstand and seeing familiar faces return. It's a reminder that local food, homemade goods, and community still matter.

And we're just getting started.

Over the next month, keep an eye out as our garden begins to produce! Fresh vegetables will soon be making their way to the farmstand shelves alongside our sourdough breads, jams, local honey, and handmade goods.

☀️ WE'RE OPEN! ☀️

It's a beautiful Saturday in Southwest Michigan, and Gathered Goods Farmstand is stocked and ready for visitors!

First, THANK YOU! 🥳 We recently crossed 200 followers on Facebook, and we're so grateful for every like, comment, share, and visit to the stand. What started as an idea around our kitchen table is quickly becoming a favorite part of our week.

This is only our second weekend open, but we've been busy preparing all week. Around here it's truly a family affair—everyone pitches in, right down to the kids serving as official taste testers. ❤️

🍓✨ NEW THIS WEEK: Strawberries Creme Sourdough Loaf ✨🍓

If summer had a flavor, this might be it.

This loaf is filled with sweet strawberries and creamy white chocolate, all wrapped up in our naturally fermented sourdough. The result is a loaf that's sweet, a little tangy, and packed with flavor in every slice.

Perfect toasted with a little butter, enjoyed alongside your morning coffee, or served as a simple dessert after dinner.

Honestly, it's hard to decide whether this loaf belongs on the breakfast table or the dessert plate... and we're okay with that. ☕🍓
