Crawford City Council approved Resolution 2026-16 Banning the sale of and igniting of fireworks within city limits, excluding the Mr. Fireworks display following the rodeo July 4 with stipulations of the department being deployed and winds exceeding 15 MPH. The ban carries a $1,000 fine per occurrence of igniting fireworks within City Limits. This ban includes personal use of fireworks within the city park and rodeo arena area. The fine will be enforced in these areas as well.
