How do newcomers to the area know about your business?
-15-20% of new movers are from out of state
-25% are from Ohio, but a different county
-55-60% are from Cuyahoga County, but Cleveland has this East vs. West thing so if someone moved from the West Side, do they know you? If they do, do they know you also service the East Side?

BeLocal reaches new movers BEFORE and AFTER the move, helping them transition smoothly, know who to call, and where to go. Businesses that are a part of the program love that they get to not only reach these people before their competitors, but stay in front of them consistently across various forms of media for their 1st year in their new homes.

To learn how your business can be a part of this, send us a message! Limited spots available.

Hello! My name is Mike Cozart. Many in the area know me for my work with the Gates Mills community as the director of Stroll Gates Mills. After years of meeting residents and business owners in the area, I'm excited to bring a successful and very helpful program called BeLocal to the Chagrin Valley.

I'm excited as the program creates so much value for both newly moved residents and many wonderful small businesses that serve the area. Whether you're a longtime resident of the area or a local business, I would love to connect with you!
