LDR Worldwide was founded in 2007 by Dr. Denise Reading in conjunction with a charter group of United States Community Colleges with the goal of taking advantage of the best practices in adult education focused on behavioral change and skills development. LDR set out with a domestic distribution model that would allow for consistent training & development across the footprint of national and multi
-national companies. In 2008, Dr. Reading founded the management company is now known as LDR Worldwide (formally known as Global Collaborative Connections, LLC) to support the development of business relationships between LDR and large, multi-national companies and to provide the oversight for curriculum design and program management for solution implementation and evaluation. By 2009, LDR expanded its footprint to include global delivery. By 2014, LDR provided learning and development resources in all 50 United States and 30 Countries around the world. Currently, LDR serves 17 industry sectors in building and implementing learning programs that support technical and professional skill development to pre-employment workers, individual contributors, front-line leaders, supervisors, managers, managers of managers, and senior executives. By 2016, LDR Expanded our services to includes pipeline development of workers as well as strategic consulting which include executive and senior level leadership coaching.
