From an outdated masonry fireplace to a complete fireplace and chimney transformation.

This homeowner was new to the home and reached out to Estates Chimney looking to make their existing wood-burning fireplace safer, more efficient, and a beautiful focal point of the room.

What started as a wood insert project became exactly the kind of complete transformation we specialize in.

Inside, our team:
• Installed a premium Regency Fireplace Products i3000R wood-burning insert for improved efficiency and performance
• Built and installed a new custom mantel
• Installed new stonework to transform the previously blank fireplace wall
• Finished the project with a new hearth

But our work didn’t stop inside.

During our inspection of the exterior chimney, we identified masonry issues that needed to be corrected. Our masonry team:
• Rebuilt the deteriorated upper portion of the block chimney
• Completed a full stucco restoration of the entire chimney
• Poured a new concrete chimney crown with an overhang and proper pitch for positive water runoff

The finished product isn’t just a great-looking fireplace. From the Regency wood insert and custom interior finish work to the structural masonry repairs outside, the entire project was handled by one experienced team.
