Patrick Michael Donohue Franchise Consultant

Patrick Michael Donohue Franchise Consultant Franchise consultant, business coach, career advisory, career transition expert. For 23 years, Patrick M.

Patrick Donohue loves to leverage his extensive business background in order to help others find personal satisfaction in growing successful businesses. He is passionate about working alongside you during your franchise investigation process to assist you in finding the best fit for you. Donohue has created long-term partnerships on behalf of major, nationally-recognized brands. Before joining the

MAACO team in late 2003, he was National Sales Director at Orion Telecommunications, and prior to that, Regional Sales Director at Bacardi USA and E&J GALLO Winery. Patrick began his franchising career ten years ago as national sales director of Driven Brands. In 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development and in his first year was responsible for the largest shop increase in the company’s recent history. During his time in that role, he developed, coordinated and managed his team of consultative professionals to handle the entire development process - from recruitment to opening. He also established a conversion program for the first time in the company’s 40-year history. In 2009, Patrick’s role was expanded to Vice President of Sales for all of Driven Brands. He ran four sales divisions across five brands including MEINEKE and MAACO. The national accounts sales team grew rapidly – boasting annual sales of $1,000,000 in 2003 to $46,000,000 in 2012. Also in 2009, Patrick took on the product sales division - growing the revenue to $39,000,000 and doubling the profitability in three years. Unique to many franchise concepts, the product sales group’s mission statement was to accept the buying responsibilities for all stores in order to relieve these cumbersome tasks while leveraging incredible buying power. An urban youth advocate, Patrick Donohue was a natural choice to spearhead MAACO’s apprenticeship program with West Philadelphia High School Auto Academy students in partnership with non-profit Philadelphia Academies. Donohue is the outgoing Chairman on the board of Philadelphia Academies and has served Youth Action, a grassroots organization that encourages young people to effect positive change in their communities. A graduate of Binghamton University, Donohue resides in Chalfont, Pa., with his wife Kristen and three children. You can reach him at 215-491-3726 or [email protected].

Unfortunately when we age out of our corporate world we lose considerable amounts of our identity. We need it more and get is less due to ageism.
Please join me on a journey living your dream of economic and emotional prosperity.
