The Franklin County Bar Foundation, in partnership with the 39th Judicial District, invites local school-age children to enter its Constitution Day 2026 Art Contests.

There are three separate age-related contests for area students:
🎨 Kindergarten-5th grade coloring contest
🎨 6th-8th grade poster contest
🎨 9th-12th grade art contest

Winners will be receive cash prizes and will be recognized at the Constitution Day Celebration on September 15.
