Recently, The Hamlin Group founder Chad Hamlin joined the Unfiltered Sessions Podcast for a conversation that went well beyond architecture, construction, and running a business.

They talked about building The Hamlin Group from the ground up, lessons learned along the way, learning to lead and let go, marriage and raising four daughters, and how the definition of success changes over time.

One of the things I enjoy most about what we do isn’t simply building beautiful spacesβ€”it’s creating places where life unfolds.

This backyard has everything: a custom pool, pool house, cabana, outdoor living spaces, and countless thoughtful details. But the real value isn’t measured in square footage or finishes.

It’s measured in cannonballs.

In late-night conversations around the fire.

In kids growing up one summer at a time.

In friends gathering without needing a reason.

Great design creates beautiful spaces. Great craftsmanship ensures those spaces are ready for decades of memories.
