This role sits at the center of the business — managing lead intake, trade contractor coordination, invoicing, project administration, and the operational follow-through that keeps a luxury remodeling firm running at a high level.

This is a developmental role. We’re not looking for someone who has done it all — we’re looking for someone with a solid foundation, a sharp mind, and the drive to grow. You should have a working familiarity with residential construction, comfort with technology (including AI tools), and the kind of disposition where you finish what you start and don’t need to be told twice.

Recently, The Hamlin Group founder Chad Hamlin joined the Unfiltered Sessions Podcast for a conversation that went well beyond architecture, construction, and running a business.

They talked about building The Hamlin Group from the ground up, lessons learned along the way, learning to lead and let go, marriage and raising four daughters, and how the definition of success changes over time.

One of the things I enjoy most about what we do isn’t simply building beautiful spaces—it’s creating places where life unfolds.
