choosing you is allowed

you can be a girls’ girl and still choose yourself

both can exist

because how many times have you told someone else…

do what’s best for you
take the chance
go all in

but when it comes to you… you pause

you overthink
you put everyone else first
you convince yourself it’s “selfish”

I’ve been there too

and I think what shifted for me was realizing this:

if I’m pouring into everyone else but not into myself…
eventually there’s nothing left to give

& that’s not the kind of girls’ girl I want to be

I want to show up fully for my girls & for me

so if you’ve been feeling that pull to choose yourself lately
this is your sign you’re not wrong for it

you’re just being your biggest hype girl!

Community is non-negotiable.

Yesterday we took our studio leads out to lunch and the conversations didn’t stop.

Women celebrating new employees, promotions, anniversaries, pregnancies…truly being girls girls.

Getting to know each other, hearing the stories behind the studios they run every day, and learning more about the women leading them was everything to me.

Being new, I was meeting most of them for the first time and it reminded me how important the people running the rooms are when you’re growing something.

These studio leads work so hard, and in the short time I’ve been here it’s already clear how much they do for their teams and their studios.

I’m really excited to pour into the girls in my region, support them, and watch them and their instructors continue to grow in their careers.

Grateful to be part of a company that pours back into the people building it. 🤍

To say I am thankful is an understatement.

Thankful for this community

Thankful for my clients

Thankful for my students

Thankful for everyone who has learned systems from me

Thankful for my friendships

But most importantly…

Thankful for my family who are my why!

For me it was so I could do something I love along with my # 1 loves in my life, being a wife and a mama.

I know many of you are launching Black Friday Deals

& I bet some of you might be a little worried.

a little overwhelmed.

or second thinking your offers.

Because sometimes we put a lot of effort into an offer and hear 🦗 or people snag them but we aren’t getting the testimonials we hoped for.

And I will tell you, it’s all about the experience your provide while showing the VALUE in your offer that makes people say yes and want to tell everyone about it!

My hope is that if you are running sales and offers this holiday season that it brings in the money honey!

But what you should be focused on more than that is the experience you are providing.

Through your marketing funnels

Through your automated many chat messages

Through your booking process

Through what happens AFTER they purchase

Yes we all want to make 💰 but what’s always the most important to me is that my community is thriving due to what they are purchasing from me.

That their experience is top notch.

That they aren’t sitting there in the new year regretting their Black Friday purchases.

Because nothing bad happens when women make more money but let’s deliver an experience that matches!

And that’s because I am not letting you go another week making these mistakes

Let’s get into why these are red flags and our systems list is getting an email on how to correct them this week (so make sure you are in the know)

1. If your leads are looking for your pricing stop gate keeping the information just to get them on your email list. If they join for that and your pricing is not for them…unsubscribe.

2. Stop feeling like a burden asking for a testimonial or review! You are providing a service and the best time to hear about that service is quickly after when you are front of mind!

3. I mean.. this one is pretty self explanatory. Thank your community with free content and thank your PAYING CLIENTS with at leeeeeeast a thank you card but we recommend doing more than that

4. This is no shade at because I’m sure they will be in these comments to agree. Stop sleeping on white labeling your Dubsado. They want you to promote YOU and your business and give you the tools to do so

5. Automations are not set it and forget it. You gotta test them to make sure they are running properly to not have that oh sh*t moment when something goes out unexpectedly

6. I will say this until I’m blue in the face. Stop texting your clients. Even if you need to in the wedding industry there are other ways to communicate with clients that set and keep healthy boundaries
