Customer said it took 3 times to dry her clothes. A birds nest had this vent completely plugged.

Customer called and said her son tried cleaning it with a kit. He missed this blockage. It was 12 ft inside the pipe. This is why you use a camera every single time to see what you are looking at. This is why you hire a professional to do the job. The first picture is the blockage. The second picture is the blockage cleared. Dryer fires are real. Stop thinking that you can do this service on your own.

"My dryer had not been working right since the day I purchased it, 5 years ago. I honestly thought it was the dryer. I contacted Dryer Vent Squad because my daughter suggested it and I am so glad we did. My house is over 30 years old and the dryer vent had never been cleaned out. WOW. I see the value in doing this every few years. Jay showed me all the COMPACTED lint and dog hair in my dryer and vent. We are so lucky it didn't cause a fire. Jay took the time to get in my attic and he found out that whoever installed my air conditioner 10 years ago had stomped on and dislodged my dryer vent.
