Revenue sounds impressive. 💰 Profit tells the truth.
A business can generate strong revenue and still struggle if expenses are eating up the money coming in.
In this video, I break down the difference between gross profit and net profit with a simple example:
💵 Gross Profit = What’s left after the direct costs of delivering your product or service.
📊 Net Profit = What’s actually left after payroll, rent, marketing, overhead, and all other expenses are paid.
Too many business owners focus on how much they’re selling instead of how much they’re keeping.
If your business is generating revenue but your bank account doesn’t reflect it, it may be time to take a closer look at your numbers. 🔍
Don’t just build a business that makes money. Build one that keeps money. 💰
