Working closely with a valued customer, IP Tech successfully implemented a standalone 7th Axis solution, specifically tailored to their unique requirements.

Leading the charge on this project was our experienced SE, Noah Weiss, who brought his wealth of knowledge from similar undertakings. Noah collaborated closely with the client, harnessing the expertise of our internal IP Tech application team. In synergy, they unlocked the remarkable potential of a Universal Robots UR5e in tandem with a Parker Hannifin HMR Series actuator to improve the client's workflow.

We recently worked with a global mining company’s Lab Automation Team to create an Automated Pipetting System. Their existing process for dispensing fluid samples is entirely manual and time consuming. This new pipetting system uses a closed loop servo motor mounted to a Universal Robots A/S Robot to automate the process of drawing in fluid and dispensing fluid. Our one-of-a-kind solution can draw and dispense both high viscosity fluids and low viscosity fluids. Our customer’s lab productivity will increase 3x and significantly improve dispense accuracy. In-Position Technologies can work across a variety of industries to create tailored pipetting systems that utilize robotics to increase liquid dispensing productivity.
