Have you ever felt yourself growing… while also feeling afraid of who that growth might disappoint?

Whew. I am raising my hand in agreement. This is something I still navigate, especially in the moments I am breaking through with something new in divine alignment with the whispers from God, the Divine Spirit within me.

So many women have learned how to be loved through performance, caregiving, silence, shrinking, overexplaining, or being “easy” for everyone else to hold. But what happens when your spirit begins asking for more truth, more breath, more alignment, more honesty, more YOU?
