Was going through some old cases and found these great photos from years ago. Long story short, This guy was off of work on Worker's Comp and doing roof repairs on the side. He used the extension ladder to get up on the first tier of the roof, then pulled the ladder up and climbed up to the second tier. As he was stepping off onto the rooftop, the ladder slipped out from underneath him and he fell catching himself on the rain gutter.
