As you likely know by now, the House has approved the One Big Beautiful Bill that eliminates the 30% Section 25D homeowner solar tax credit at the end of 2025. This is not the outcome we were hoping for, but there is still time to act to save residential solar as the bill is with the Senate now. However, the Senate is working on changes as we speak AND WILL BE DONE WITH ITS WORK IN THE NEXT 2-3 WEEKS. So we must act TODAY.

Please take the time to make your voice heard by the Senate. Once again, it will only take the opposition of a few Senators to initiate meaningful changes to the bill that will save tens of thousands of solar jobs across the country.

We believe we are at a point where an individual should be able to be “off grid” where they live, not paying any utility company or local utility taxes. Why should homeowners pay more when datacenters use the “cheap” power, leaving residential users paying higher rates this subsidizing the billionaires running these monopolies? Now storage is below a $1/watt, maybe as low as the panels, so why don’t we kiss utilities goodbye?
