Why does change so often look successful in the moment…but fails to stick over time?

That question sits at the heart of my conversation on the Thriving Changes podcast with the brilliant Reena Suri!

One of the biggest truths I’ve learned working with leadership teams is this:

Change only becomes sticky when clarity, courage, and communication are reinforced through daily leadership behaviors - not just launch-day messaging.

In this episode, we unpack what it really takes to lead transformation in complex, real-world environments, especially when the strategy appears clear but the people, systems, and culture are not yet aligned.
