Proudly training, supporting, and serving our clients since 1995. We provide people skills training TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. (TSI) was founded in 1995.

We provide information that enables business owners and executives to make better decisions regarding their people issues (such as hiring decisions and people development skills). We also provide people skills training programs (classroom and online) and executive coaching services to enhance employees’ productivity. You can also receive consulting service from us to obtain workforce training grants. Thank you to Leadership Fairfax, Inc. for inviting our CEO, C Michael Ferraro, back to facilitate part of the Class of 2027's Opening Retreat using the Everything DiSC assessment. Michael has been facilitating this program for Leadership Fairfax's opening retreat for 28 years. Michael was also a graduate of the LFI Class of 1998.

Congratulations to us! Back in 1995, over Labor Day Weekend, our CEO/President, C Michael Ferraro (along with his wife Sharon) bought his first computer and set up the new Training Solutions office in their home that included their 3-year old daughter! The rest is history! :)

As we celebrate America's 250th anniversary of Independence Day, we're reminded that this milestone belongs to all of us.

No matter our political views, religious beliefs, or backgrounds, we share a nation built on the enduring ideals of freedom, opportunity, and hope. While we may not always agree, we can all appreciate the sacrifices that have made our country what it is today.
