After more than 50 years in the industry and 26 years with The Joyce Agency, it’s time to bid farewell to Benny Mauck! 🎉

We had a great time celebrating his retirement this week and reflecting on an incredible career. Benny was never afraid to speak his mind and certainly had a personality all his own, but behind that lovable grump exterior was someone who cared deeply about his customers, his manufacturers, and doing things the right way.

We’ll miss his passion, expertise, stories, and friendship around the office. Most of all, we’re grateful for the many years he spent as part of The Joyce Agency family.

Congratulations on your retirement, Benny! You’ve more than earned it. We wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, and plenty of adventures in retirement! 🌄

Welcoming back a familiar face - Charlie Joyce! 👋

A Northern Virginia native, Charlie first joined The Joyce Agency as a summer intern while attending Hampden-Sydney College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics. After graduation, he began his career with Northeastern Supply, gaining valuable hands-on experience from the distribution side of the industry.

Now based in Charlottesville, he is bringing that experience back to The Joyce Agency to support our Waterworks and Facilities markets. As Todd Joyce’s son and the third generation of the Joyce family to join the agency, Charlie is excited to carry on the family tradition while making his own mark. He’s looking forward to getting out in the field, meeting customers, building relationships, and continuing to grow within the industry.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Charlie on the golf course, snowboarding with friends, or working on his car.

We’re excited to welcome Charlie back to The Joyce Agency in his new role and look forward to all he’ll bring to the team!

Originally from Central Vermont, Sabrina joins our team with a unique background in international programs and relationship management. A graduate of Saint Michael's College, she earned a degree in International Relations with minors in Global Studies and Business Administration. Before joining The Joyce Agency, she worked as a Program Associate with World Learning, helping coordinate international exchange programs through the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

Now, she is excited to bring her experience to our Inside Sales team, build relationships with our customers, and expand her knowledge of the plumbing industry. As the youngest and only girl in a big, lively family, Sabrina is no stranger to plenty of personality - we have a feeling she will feel right at home with our crew! When she's not at work, you'll likely find Sabrina with a good book, at a live music venue, catching a movie, or cheering on the New England Patriots.
