Dr. Abigail Greiner DeVries is a board-certified family physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients, leading clinical teams, and improving health systems across North Carolina and the U.S. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and the owner and founder of Sabía Health NC.

Sabía Health was created to support women in midlife who are too often overlooked, dismissed, or told their symptoms are “just part of getting older.”

During her presentation, Dr. DeVries will share “Essentials of Healthy Aging,” offering practical insights to help women thrive through every stage of midlife and beyond.
