Barclay Excavating removed an existing concrete driveway and front sidewalk, hauling away over 100 cubic yards of concrete-- that's approximately 17 20-ton truckloads!

With the demo complete and the site prepped, the homeowners are now ready for a brand new driveway.

Sink holes don’t always mean a drainage issue.

In this backyard, the culprit was buried logs that had started decomposing over time. As they broke down, the ground settled and created sink holes.

We excavated the area, removed the logs, filled everything back in, and got this yard fixed up.

Water in the crawlspace? It all starts with finding the source. We exposed the foundation drain and gutter outputs, and found some clogs using our hydo-jetter. We replaced both the foundation drain and the gutter outputs, and then re-waterproofed the foundation to keep everything dry and protected. 💧🏠
