Another retaining wall and shop pad completed in Chapin!

This project allowed us to improve the grade and create more usable, functional space for the homeowner. We handle the complete process from excavation and base preparation to drainage, block installation and final grading.

Before & after on this driveway install. Cleared the trees off.
Graded for drainage and culvert, brought in material to raise up the road, and compacted it properly so it holds up.
I’ve got a couple openings coming up if anyone needs driveway work or a building pad.

Finished up another driveway and access prep for a parking area at a home in irmo.

Focusing more on building pads, driveways, and gravel access going into the new year.

Phase 1 complete on this Chapin project!
We cleared the lot, installed a construction entrance, and spread chips on the hill to help with erosion control while the site dries out.

Next up: stump removal and the basement dig.
