We still need to create budgets even if they can be painful. We still need to listen to the weather forecasters to know what outfits to wear. We still need to use data to make decisions and know that sometimes we will be spot-on, sometimes we will be a little off and sometimes we will miss the mark completely.

My Monday last week got a little upended with a storm coming in—major thunderstorms, tornado watches, wind advisories, and more. I read that schools from Charlotte, NC down to Charleston, SC were closed due to the impending storm. And you know what? We got drizzle and some wind—and no big storms...
