Update Friday June 5, 2026

Per the AEP website, there is a power outage affecting the gym and power is estimated to be restored around 2 pm.

Please enter the gym downstairs with the rear door. All necessary equipment has been moved downstairs and is ready to use.

One last thing, everyone please hold other members accountable in following the rules and keeping the facility clean. Stop leaving the 100 lbs plates on the leg press, it will bend the bar. And 2.5, 5, 10, 25, and 35 lb weight plates should be racked, not left in the floor.

Update on the cable cross, a part of the cable needs to be properly fitted to fit onto the unit.

Hopefully the part will be fitted and the machine will be ready to go tomorrow.

For cable crosses until, please use the home smith machine rack or the bow flex.

The cable is frayed and will eventually break, a new cable has just been ordered, so please use caution when using this side of the cable cross until the replacement cable arrives. Thank you

I regret to inform everyone that the leg machine is out of commission again-maybe for good this time. The 2 Nautilus leg machines should be in the gym and ready to go on late Tuesday evening or early Wednesday, I apologize to everyone for the inconvenience.
