A 2007 AND BELOW DOES NOT REQUIRE A TITLE UNLESS DROVE IN. AN UP TO DATE PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED ON ALL METAL SALES AND YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER AND SIGN A BILL OF SALE STATING THE METALS SOLD BELONG TO YOU AND YOU WILL HOLD RESPONSIBILITY IF THAT INFORMATION IS FALSE.
