I just want to give a huge shout-out to Reel’s Auto Group in Chardon. Dan Reels is truly a man who epitomizes what a small town business means to a community. I have never bought an automobile from him, so no advertisement, but he is a true local business that gives a crap about his town. . - short - quick - story
Kristina, my eldest daughter, going back to college for her sophomore year. Date sent for moving well in advanced. Rented U’haul trailer to move her stuff down. U’haul trailer has broken spring - unable to pull to job (we packed it full before realizing( my bad). Not knowing what the heck I’m going to do, this is at 7pm. U’hauls solution is to send tow truck to get trailer and try to arrange to find another. Coincidentally I was talking with Dan and telling him of my frustrations in trying to get my daughter stuff down. Dan offers me a box truck to take. He says go over to Reels (Chardon ) and pick it up. I will call and let them know. I was completely overwhelmed with relief of getting my daughter back to school on schedule. If any of you my friends or just Chardon area people see this. If expecting to buy a car/truck/suv/- whatever- give this guy and his company an opportunity to help you. He is truly a good guy.
