Good morning, friends! ☕️

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, so I wanted to give a quick update. I’ve been fully soaking up my time with clients and honestly just enjoying the in-person connection instead of stressing over social media content. I’m still here, still slaying hair—just more present behind the chair than online.

This fall, my schedule will be shifting, and I’ve made the decision to close my books to new clients. It wasn’t an easy choice, but after a lot of thought, I know it’s the right one for my family. Time is flying, and being there for my son’s activities, enjoying all the little moments, and making time for my current clients.

I’ve always struggled to relax and slow down. My love for work is a big part of my life, but it’s become a challenge. My main goal for 2025 is to create a better work-life balance.

The first step? I’m getting a separate cell phone just for work! 📱 This way, all my hair photos, scheduling, emails, and salon social media will be on one device, making it easier for me to unplug and enjoy my time off at the end of the day.

This is a great reminder that it’s okay to take a break! 💖 Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for our well-being.

Friends, I know I’ve been super quiet on here lately, but it’s been for a good reason! I’ve been focusing on creating some bomb-ass hair and letting go of the pressure to post.

In November, I took a curly cutting and styling class that inspired me to embrace my own curls. It’s been such a fun journey! I’m excited to share that curly haircuts will soon be part of my service menu!

This service will include:

✨ A custom haircut
✨ Styling tips & tricks

I’m so excited to bring this new skill set to my clients and continue growing as a stylist. Stay tuned for the official launch—I can’t wait to share this with you all!

A huge thank you to all my clients for your patience and understanding while Lucas is under the weather. I’m so grateful for your flexibility in rescheduling over the last few days. Fingers crossed he’ll be feeling 100% soon, but until then, thank you, thank you!

And a big shout-out to my mom for stepping in to watch him yesterday so I wouldn’t miss my much-anticipated curly cutting class with . I’m beyond thankful for the opportunity made possible by and for my mom spending the day with Lucas.

I can’t wait to be back in the salon and for Lucas to be healthy again. But until then, I’ll keep my role at home snuggling and being nurse mom 💕
