Since I have some new faces on my page, I guess it’s time I introduce myself! 😂💕

Hey y’all! I’m Iesha!

First things first, I’m a mother of three, a business owner, a dreamer, and somebody who clearly doesn’t know how to sit down somewhere! 😂

If you know me, you already know I’m ALWAYS into something. One minute I’m handling business, the next minute I’m researching another business idea. At this point, I think starting businesses might be my hobby. 😂

But outside of all that, I’m really just a regular woman trying to enjoy life, raise my children, make memories, and build something meaningful.

I’m loving, outspoken, ambitious, a little stubborn, and definitely a little sassy. I have a big heart, but baby, I love my peace! I enjoy laughing, traveling, spending time with family, and minding the business that pays me.

Life has definitely humbled me in ways I never expected. I’ve experienced losses, disappointments, heartbreak, and plenty of moments that forced me to grow. But through it all, I’ve learned to keep going, keep praying, and keep becoming a better version of myself.

I’m not perfect, I don’t have everything figured out, and some days I’m literally just winging it with a prayer and a plan! 😂

One thing about me, though, I’m going to keep pushing. I love seeing people win, I love genuine connections, and I believe there’s enough room for everybody to succeed.

💰 LET’S TALK TAX REFUNDS!

You have a choice in how your federal income tax withholding works throughout the year: you can adjust your withholding so you receive more money in each paycheck, or you can have more taxes withheld, which may contribute to a larger refund at tax time if you overpaid.

But remember—a tax refund isn’t guaranteed just because you worked and filed a return.

There are also refundable and partially refundable tax credits that may increase your refund, even when you didn’t have a large amount of federal taxes withheld. Depending on your eligibility, these may include:

✨ Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC/EIC)
✨ Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC)
✨ Other qualifying tax credits

Your income, filing status, dependents, withholding, and eligibility for certain credits all play a role in determining whether you owe taxes, break even, or receive a refund.

More in your paycheck now can mean less coming back later. More withheld throughout the year can mean more coming back at tax time.
