Smaller pantries will usually require more frequent maintenance because they can get cluttered and more crowded quicker but when you have a larger pantry like this one, it’s often good to do a full bi-annual refresh, including checking expiration dates and re-categorizing what is out of place to maintain the systems. I must say these large deep pantry drawers are an organizers DREAM 🥰

I have always used checklists for managing tasks and I find Google Keep particularly useful when managing and collaborating with others for shared tasks. Several ways I find it useful:

📋My husband and I both always have our grocery needs at our fingertips without having to check with each other on what we need because we just populate it if we are out or running low.
📋I often store resources for both personal and clients in separate lists I.e. handyman, plumbers, cleaners, painters, etc. to reference quickly
📋I often create project and priority lists to collaborate with clients for follow up
📋You can make family lists for chores or meals or even for planning trips
