Elevate your charitable organization's effectiveness by engaging major gift donors in the life of your organization. Organizational Development, Board Training, Case for Support Creation, Identification of Major Gift Donors, Peer-to-Peer Cultivation and Solicitation, Special Events... whatever it takes to engage your volunteer leadership, donors and advocates in supporting the "greater good" being
met by your charitable organization. As a 30-year fundraising veteran, I've had the opportunity to help organizations raise tens of millions in support for a variety of charitable causes. As a fundraising consultant, I specialize in helping not-for-profit organizations embark on major gift initiatives to expand their effectiveness. I focus on board training, organizational development, pre-campaign planning, feasibility studies and peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to help organizations realize their great dreams to fulfill their respective missions. I believe in the power of philanthropy to address community issues and have a passion for the creation of enlightened sustainable communities with quality of life for all. My hope for all is to live in thriving communities that have access to food, shelter and safe drinking water, and value youth, the elderly, education at all levels, arts and culture, the environment and green space, rights for humans and animals, access for the disabled and a safety net of human services for the disadvantaged among us. I am very interested in utilizing my skills and knowledge to engage the 4th sector - government, corporate and the nonprofit sectors all working together to create a new paradigm for our future. I am passionate about people - donors, volunteers, advocates, community leaders and constituents - and I believe that there will always be abundant resources and financial support to fund great ideas and community impact as long as it is backed by a sound plan. I also believe that individuals who have had successful careers and have accumulated wealth have a desire to "finish well" - and that if so inspired by a great dream for a common vision, they will need the nonprofit sector to help them accomplish their goals for their community in the areas that they are passionate about.
