It’s so funny how somebody that was a teenager maybe early 20s is on a bicycle and keeps riding around watching me OK so when he discovered he was being recorded by me, obviously he didn’t see the sun in the window that smile you’re on camera. I have a phone that records as well, so anybody that comes around me trying to scare me or whatever the hell you’re doing it’s not gonna work cause I’ve done been to the police department in South Charleston and they have the videos
