🚨 BIG NEWS

A NEW NAME IS COMING!

After many years of serving the Lowcountry as Dave’s Custom Painting LLC, I’m excited to officially announce that on October 1st, I’ll be launching my new business name:

🏠 Property Refresh Specialist

While the name is changing, the guy behind it isn’t.

It’s still me.
It’s still the same hands-on experience.

The new name better reflects the direction my business is heading — helping property owners, property managers, realtors, investors and homeowners get their properties refreshed, repaired and ready for what’s next.

Painting will always be a big part of what I do, but Property Refresh Specialist allows me to offer a broader range of property-refresh services under one name.

Same business. New name.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Dave’s Custom Painting LLC over the years. I’m excited to take everything I’ve built and move into this next chapter.

🎉 Property Refresh Specialist officially launches October 1st!
