In less than a week, I completely restored the bear and returned it to its rightful family. The next day, the father sent me a video of his daughter opening the basket I had left on their doorstep—she was screaming, smiling, excited, and hugging the bear so tightly that it brought tears to my eyes. How could I not want to do this for others? And so, here I am. Here are the specialized treatments we offer to restore your plush friends to their cuddly best:
1. Basic Repair Surgery: We carefully stitch up any rips, open seams, or puncture wounds. If any parts have been displaced—such as eyes, limbs, or tails—we'll expertly reattach them to ensure your buddy feels whole again.
2. Fluff & Stuff Treatment: This gentle procedure includes removing old stuffing, giving your friend a refreshing wash, drying them with care, and re-stuffing them with fresh materials before sewing them up securely.
3. Complete Restoration/Rebuild: For those stuffed-ones who have been loved a little too much, we combine repair and restoration, with all the extras needed. We’ll replace any overly worn parts—eyes, paws, noses, ears, limbs, or joints—to bring your cherished companion back to their original splendor.
