Julian Irving is a registered nurse, entrepreneur and the owner of A Special Touch In-Home Care, serving families across West Virginia with offices in South Charleston and Huntington. 🌆

After working in hospital-based nursing, Julian built A Special Touch In-Home Care into a trusted provider of in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Kanawha Valley and surrounding areas. His company helps families navigate care needs with compassion, consistency, and professionalism. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

He earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Marshall University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia State University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from BridgeValley Community and Technical College. 📕📖📚

Julian is also committed to service beyond healthcare. He serves as a youth pastor at Kingdom Life Fellowship Church in Nitro, coaches youth soccer in the Westside Soccer League and serves on its board, and is a member of Dementia Friendly St. Albans, supporting families impacted by dementia.
He’s passionate about higher education and workforce development, serving on BridgeValley’s Nursing Advisory Board and West Virginia State University’s Foundation Board, and supporting paid student internships through the Learn and Earn program at BridgeValley. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
