✨ Why LeaderUP? Hear it from a graduate! ✨

“Growth begins the moment you're willing to step outside your comfort zone. Put yourself out there—you'll discover more about yourself while learning to communicate, collaborate, and lead more effectively.

The LeaderUP experience has changed the way I approach communication—not only with professional colleagues, but in the way I build relationships and interact with others every day. It has challenged me to be more intentional, listen more closely, and recognize the impact we can have when we lead with purpose.”

— Hannah K. Myers
LeaderUP Graduate | Community Development Specialist, City of Arcola

The next LeaderUP training class is now accepting applications! This is your opportunity to invest in yourself, grow your skillset, and connect with other emerging leaders. 🚀

Take the first step—your leadership journey starts here!
