I'm looking for another real estate agent to mentor and add as a part of my team!

I run one of the top-producing teams in the US and we cover all of South Carolina and Charlotte NC. I have helped several agents over my career reach heights they didn't think were possible. Be intentional in your responses. Don't allow yourself to fall victim to a situation or waste time because you were caught in the weeds of the day . Keep moving forward. If it's a situation that your team can handle then delegate. Great leaders delegate and in doing so frees more time up for them to work on higher level things. And because they delegate their team feels more ownership over their job and therefore can become more successful.
