Knotty Cards Knotty Cards is a full service greeting card studio that prides itself on creating truthful and hilarious cards for all occasions! Moo.

Knotty Cards was founded by Casey Sweeney in 2015 in her one bedroom apartment in Charleston, South Carolina. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into mailers lining the floor of her bedroom and a kitchen island full of greeting cards. Since then, Knotty Cards has been featured all over from Buzzfeed to Huffington Post to the local Charleston Magazine. You can also find Knotty Cards in a number of unique gift shops and boutiques across the country. When Casey isn't designing greeting cards or packaging orders, you can find her enjoying the newest restaurant in town with her husband or rewatching The Office for the 16783th time with her two wire-haired dachshunds --- Professor Noodles and Mr.
